Great stay! The condo was lovely and well stocked - thoroughly enjoyed it and would love to stay again.

Our family of four had a wonderful week at this condo! Our boys are 11 and 7. The highlight for them besides the beach was a TV in every room! The location is super close to beach access - you just essentially cross the street and through a parking lot! Owner provides you with beach towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and even a beach wagon to haul all your stuff to the beach with - which is awesome if you are flying in and can't travel with those things! Our shower handle to turn the shower on and off broke our second or third night there and Candy the owner responded right away! He is incredibly friendly and nice! CVS is a short (3 minute) walk away for anything you need and limited grocery items like milk or snacks. This condo is in a great location and comfortable. We would stay here again! Thanks Candy!

We throughly enjoyed our time in the perfect setting on Fort Myers Beach. Well equipped condo just steps from an absolutely beautiful beach.

The property had everything we needed for our vacation. The pool was nice and convenient. The unit was very quiet. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond when we added an additional day. Thank you and Happy New Year!

This is our second stay in Bac Bay. We really enjoy the location of the unit. It's in walking distance of shopping, several quality restaurants, and the beach is right across the street. The unit itself has a well equipped kitchen. It's comfortable and clean. I feel the décor/furnishings are a bit dated.

The Wi-Fi connection is unstable and the tv channel package could be upgraded. For the past two seasons we have spent six weeks in the unit, and plan to return next season.

We stayed here during march 26th to april 9th 2016. Me, my husband our two children at 9 and 4 years old and my parents stayed in the apartment after spending crazy time in Orlando. We had a wonderful stay and really loved the condo. It was perfect for our vacation which was mainly relaxation, beach, and lovely bbq evenings after a busy Orlando stay. We really appreciated the closeness to the beach and also simplicity of just walking outside to the bbq-area. The kitchen was great for dinner preparations for all 6 of us och it was lovely to take a stroll to se the sunset at night. Only minutes away we had CVS and other small stores. Publix was a five minute car ride so also that was easy. We had Pinchers on the beach just a minute walk away were we could se the sunset and have a drink och dinner to a good price.

The two pools were very appreciated by our children, the only thing I found a bit disappointing is that the complex did not really accept the children having a fun time in the pool or outside since the main residents seamed to be seniors. This was not a big deal but it still was a bit disappointing to have to tell my children that they had to be really calm and not play in the pool only swim.

The apartment was certainly fully equipped and had everything you can expect. We had a wonderful time and can highly recommend this place for vacation if you just want to relax have the closest beach access. I would recommend to rent bikes because that is definitely the best way to get around and especially if you want to go north on the island to the more crazy parts. A car ride took forever and parking was a mess up there compared to having our own parking close to our condo.

Me and my family would definitely go back and stay here if we visit Fort Myers again - we simply loved it! Candy was a great help and a super nice guy that helped us and answered on all our questions both before, during and after our stay.

I hope I can go back again and in that case I will se if this condo is available :)

Great location, right across the street from the beach and within walking distance to Santini Plaza. Unit was clean, neat and had everything needed for a stay at the beach. Would definitely stay again!

Clean, comfortable- second floor stairs only. We were there for a baseball tournament, hoping for a little beach time. Two pools- one was being renovated but the other had just been so had we had time, it would have been perfect. Chairs, umbrella, cart convenient for the walk to the beach. There were even a few toys for the boys if they wanted to take them over. My dad has trouble walking lately so the stairs and the walk to the beach was too much for him. Thank goodness my son was there to help! Overall, perfectly furnished and exactly what is described. It was very easily accessed and the owner was easy to reach with any questions, and very kind! The only thing missing was a good view from balcony... the yard area below was well kept and beautiful, but sitting on porch we saw only the road and the top of the building next door. Due to rainy weather we weren't there much to enjoy the outdoor table on balcony anyway. This was a nice, quiet, well kept, uptodate, place and I would recommend it to everyone.

Loved the owners and the condo. The only issue we had is the microwave kept popping a breaker. But the overall experience and stay was awesome!!

Just spent a week at this condo with friends for a 4th year. Love this location it is across the street from the beach with the Wyandam Hotel Tiki bar ready to serve you a drink looking out on the water! Santini plaza a short walk away to enjoy shopping and 3 different resturants. We drove our rental down to the pier area and beached it for the days (great local happy hours down at the beach from 4-7 daily, but the great thing was if the guys needed the car the local trolly ran all day long from the bridge to Lover's Key. The condo provides everyting you would need and is very confortable. Candy (the owner) was great! spoke with him via email and cell before our trip. I would recommend staying here and will be back again next year. FYI found ourselves a great resturant with a beautiful setting, Flippers resturant is just over Lovers Key we went twice once by car and another day by boat that we rented to view the back bay, food was wonderful and great frozen drinks.

Spent a wonderful month here. Loved being so close to the beach--literally a 2 min. walk across the street and a block away from a CVS and restaurants at Santini plaza. (The Fish House is a "Must"). Condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Candy (the owner) was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend staying here!

The layout for this well equipped rental was perfect. Short walk to the beach. Heated pool. Only downside is a full time resident that likes to pay attentionto everything and inform you there is a rules board. We did nothing wrong but she must be a very bored lady. Everyone else was very friendly. There is no real view off the balcony however I feel the price reflected this accordingly. The renter was wonderful to work with. If I have the opportunity I would stay again.
